Send an invite

Owners control who can access seller features.

Step by step

  1. Open Team settings from the account or shop menu.

  2. Enter the teammate’s email and pick a role or permission bundle.

  3. Send the invite; they accept from email and sign in.

Switch context to another shop

While switched, you are working on their data—not your personal collection.

Step by step

  1. After accepting an invite, use the shop switcher (location varies—often header or account).

  2. Pick the owner’s shop; menus repopulate with their inventory and orders.

  3. Switch back to personal when you’re done to avoid accidental edits.

Tip: If a menu item is missing, your role likely excludes it—ask the owner to adjust permissions.

Responsibilities

Actions bind to the shop you’re acting for.

Listings, refunds, and stream sales performed while switched affect the owner’s customers and metrics. Use least privilege: only grant what each teammate needs.
