Grading
Track submissions to grading companies and record grades when cards return to your shop.
Draft a submission, attach eligible inventory, monitor status, and update lines when slabs come back.
Why use grading submissions here
A checklist so nothing “falls off the truck” between your shop and the grading service.
The grading area is operational tracking: what you packaged, what left, and what returned with which label. It complements—not replaces—the grading company’s own portal.
Create and fill a submission
Start in draft, attach lines, then mark ready when physically prepared.
Step by step
Open Grading and create a new submission draft.
Attach inventory lines that are eligible (rules shown in-app).
Record counts, service level notes, or insurer values if the form asks.
When parcels are ready to ship, update status to match reality (in transit, etc.).
When slabs return
Close the loop so inventory and portfolio reflect the new grade.
Step by step
Open the returned submission in the app.
Enter each card’s received grade or cert number as prompted.
Confirm updates to linked inventory rows or follow prompts to move items back into portfolio.
Archive or complete the submission so your dashboard stays tidy.
