Connect eBay safely

Step by step

Open Integrations (or Settings → Integrations) and choose eBay.
Click connect and sign in on eBay’s consent screen.
Approve the requested scopes; return to Vendor Tools when prompted.
Verify the integration status page shows “connected” or equivalent.

Tip: Use the same eBay account you actually sell from to avoid mismatched inventory.

Sync a listing

Push title, price, images, and policy fields you configure.

Step by step

From an inventory line eligible for eBay, choose sync or publish.
Map or confirm category, condition, and item specifics eBay requires.
Submit; wait for success or read the error (often a missing policy or disallowed word).
Edit in Vendor Tools and re-sync to update live eBay listings.

Some setups mirror eBay sales back for unified fulfilment.
