Inventory
Record stock, tie rows to catalog cards, list for sale, and import CSV in bulk.
How inventory lines work, listing on the marketplace, condition fields, and CSV import workflow.
What one inventory line represents
A quantity of stock you physically hold, optionally linked to a catalog card.
Each row is a SKU-style line: how many you have, optional cost and notes, condition/grade for buyers, and list price when you sell. Linking to a catalog card unlocks correct naming, set info, imagery, and smoother marketplace publishing.
Key points
- Unlinked custom lines are possible for odd items but lose some automation.
- Quantity changes should reflect real stock to avoid overselling.
Create or edit a line
Typical flow from empty row to live listing.
Step by step
Open Inventory and start “Add item” (or edit an existing row).
Search and attach the catalog card when prompted, or enter a custom label if you must.
Set quantity, condition, grading fields, purchase notes, and currency as needed.
Set a list price and flip the line to “listed” (or equivalent) when you want it public.
Save and confirm any moderation or policy prompts.
List on the marketplace
Publishing makes the line visible to buyers subject to rules and your plan.
Delisting or selling out updates buyer-facing state. Some changes may need to sync to integrations (e.g. eBay) if you use them.
Step by step
Ensure required photos, title, and postage fields meet validation.
Publish from the inventory row or listing editor.
Fix any error banners (e.g. missing policy, zero price) before expecting the listing to appear.
CSV import
Bring many rows in at once; validation tells you what failed.
Step by step
Download or copy the template column names from the import screen if one is offered.
Fill rows with game, set, name, number, quantity, optional price, condition, and card_id when you know it.
Upload or paste CSV, run preview if available, fix errors, then confirm import.
Re-run exports periodically if you maintain a master sheet elsewhere.
