Rules

If they do, they draw a card. {4}{B}{B}{B}, Discard X cards: Exile the top X cards of target opponent's library. You may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.

Rulings

If a spell you cast this way has an {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 for X. — You may play a land this way only during your own turn and only if you have not yet played a land this turn. — You must play the cards as you resolve the last ability. You can't wait and play them later.
