Rules
When this enchantment enters, put X +1/+1 counters on target creature, where X is that creature's power. At the beginning of your end step, draw two cards if you control the creature with the greatest power or tied for the greatest power.
Rulings
The value of X is calculated only once, as Thickest in the Thicket's first ability resolves. — Thickest in the Thicket's last ability will trigger at the beginning of your end step regardless of who controls the creature with the greatest power. As long as you control the creature with the greatest power or tied for the greatest power when the ability resolves, you'll draw two cards.
