Rules
Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.
Rulings
Because the "search" requires you to find a card with certain characteristics, you don't have to find the card if you don't want to. — You put the creature onto the battlefield, so you control it and any "enters" abilities it has.
