Rules

Menace, lifelink, indestructible Ketramose can't attack or block unless there are seven or more cards in exile. Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from graveyards and/or the battlefield during your turn, you draw a card and lose 1 life.

Rulings

Once Ketramose has been declared as an attacker or blocker, it will continue to attack or block that combat even if the number of cards in exile falls below seven. — The ability that prevents Ketramose from attacking or blocking counts the total number of cards in exile, regardless of who owns them or how they were exiled.
